Founded in December 2021, Rukmani Financial Services was established with a simple purpose — to bring together multiple financial services under one trusted platform.

From its beginnings in Ahmedabad, Rukmani Financial Services has grown across Mutual Funds, Loans and Stock Market Services, serving individuals, families and businesses.

The foundation of Rukmani Financial Services comes from decades of hands-on experience across banking, lending and financial services. Our work is shaped by practical industry knowledge, strong institutional relationships and a commitment to professional client service.

Our services are supported through relationships with leading banks, NBFCs, financial institutions and market platforms, allowing clients to access a range of financial products and services through one established relationship.

VAIBHAV AGRAWAL

Founder — Rukmani Financial Services

With over 2 decades of experience across banking and financial services, Vaibhav Agrawal has built his career through hands-on roles spanning retail banking, mortgage finance, business lending, relationship management and financial services.

His professional journey began with HSBC in 2002, followed by leadership and management roles across HDFC Bank, DCB Bank, Reliance Capital, PNB Housing Finance, JM Financial, IDFC FIRST Bank and Hero FinCorp. His professional journey has been shaped by a hands-on understanding of the financial-services industry — from working directly with customers and businesses to managing relationships with banks, NBFCs, CAs, brokers and channel partners.

His experience spans business development, lending, client servicing, credit processes, operations and relationship management.

In December 2021, he founded Rukmani Financial Services, bringing together his experience across lending, financial markets and client servicing to establish an independent financial services business.

Beyond his professional journey, Vaibhav's approach to business is rooted in discipline, relationships, practical industry experience and continuous learning. Today, his focus remains on building Rukmani Financial Services as a professional financial-services organisation with a strong foundation for the years ahead.

Vijaytha Varma is a key member of the leadership team at Rukmani Financial Services, with a focus on client relationships, business development and digital initiatives across the organisation.

Her role brings together relationship management and business operations, working closely with internal teams to strengthen client engagement, streamline processes and create a more consistent customer experience.

At Rukmani Financial Services, Vijaytha is also involved in the organisation’s digital presence and business development initiatives, contributing to the way the company connects with clients and builds its presence across financial services.

With a hands-on and collaborative approach, she works across teams to support day-to-day execution while contributing to the continued development of Rukmani Financial Services.
